It features a patented catch sieve that can be reused after each frying process. Frying residues are filtered out of the fat, keeping your oil clean. A heating element immersed in the frying fat ensures quick and perfect results. The Filtra Pro Inox & Design is fully disassemblable, and all components - except for the heating block - are dishwasher safe. It is equipped with an adjustable thermostat and a mechanical timer.
