The unit was scratched during transport and the packaging looks accordingly. The product itself has never been used.
The warranty therefore runs from the date of purchase.
Price adjustments for such offers are not possible and will be calculated automatically depending on wear and tear. The minimum is 10% if only the packaging has been opened.
