The industrious Lizchen is a plant species from the genus of balsamic herbs in the family of balsamic plants. This plant is not hardy and is therefore usually only cultivated as an annual summer flower for balconies, terraces or beds in the garden. Actually, however, it is perennial and remains green even in winter. The industrious Lieschen usually becomes about 30 centimeters high, but can also reach a height of up to 70 centimeters. Its green leaves are up to six centimetres long and can be spotted, pink or slightly reddish on the underside. They sit alternately on the petioles.
