Product details

The MERKUR 500 Progress is a model from the 1950s. The ivory-coloured knob and the profiled handle tube correspond to this period. This allows the shaving head to be adjusted via an adjustment scale.
The angle of attack and the blade gap can be adjusted from the softest shave to a close shave. With a turn of the knob, you can adjust the blade gap according to the setting scale from coarse for long hair to gentle for daily shaving. It's all up to you and your personal shaving sensation.
