I got replacement rollers and filters directly from AliExpress. The stuff comes from there ;) are original parts. You can also buy the cleaning agent directly there. 2 rolls + 2 filters for 22.- delivered in 2 weeks.

I don't have vinyl. But it is supposed to be water-resistant and therefore the device would be suitable because it doesn't really wet but rather damp and immediately extracts again. The damp spot is dry again within seconds. But to be on the safe side, contact the manufacturer.

So their cleaning agent (possibly included?) is ultra-efficient and also disinfects. And is odourless. However, I have also used other products instead, e.g. for stone slabs. Just use sparingly and don't shake, otherwise it foams. Then pour in clean water again before cleaning in the station.

In addition to the cleaning agent supplied, you can also use other cleaning solutions that are suitable for wet cleaners. Make sure that the solution is suitable for hard floors and for use in wet cleaners. It is advisable not to use aggressive chemicals so as not to damage the surfaces.

The dirty water tank and fresh water tank are housed in separate containers in the Dreame H12 Pro. The dirty water tank is located at the front and has a volume of 0.7 litres, while the fresh water tank is located at the rear and has a volume of 0.9 litres.

Hello Regarding the stripes on the floor: 1. it could be that too much or the wrong cleaning agent is being used. Always follow the instructions. (Also add water first and then the cleaning agent) 2. the Dreame only cleans only cleans most efficiently when moving forwards "direction of rotation of the roller, wiping and sucking up the dirty water"

Pick up the Dreame Robot Vacuum Cleaner from its station. Open the flap under which the dust container is located. Press and hold the reset button (next to the WiFi LED) with a pen until a corresponding message is displayed. Your Dreame Robot Vacuum Cleaner is now reset to the factory settings

The Dreame H12 Pro can perform some of the tasks of a hoover, but it is not a complete replacement. Here are some key points to consider: - Features: The Dreame H12 Pro combines the functions of a hoover and a mop, cleaning floors by sucking up dust and debris while cleaning with water. - Performance: It is effective at cleaning hard floors, tiles, marble and even stains and hairs, but may be less effective with stickier food or larger debris. - Limitations: Although it has a variety of operating modes (Auto, Ultra, Vacuum), it's designed primarily for surface cleaning and won't replace a traditional hoover for deep cleaning tasks or spaces with lots of bulky debris. In short, the Dreame H12 Pro is a versatile tool for cleaning floors, but it won't replace all the functions of a traditional hoover.

Hi Philipp, the station is approx. 33.5 cm wide (left to right) and 31 cm deep (front to back). The width in the rear half (from 18 cm deep) can be reduced to 20 cm if you remove holders/trays for brushes/accessories etc on both sides. At the highest point it is 19.5 cm, i.e. at the back at the electrical connection point between the station and the appliance. Best regards Dan
